  • Review deliverables promptly and provide timely feedback.

  • Ensure that all provided content (such as drawings, logos, or brand assets) is legally owned or licensed by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original content, designs, and digital assets created by Bee Studio remain the intellectual property of Bee Studio until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed in the project contract.

  • Bee Studio reserves the right to showcase completed works in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials, unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Payments

  • Fees, payment terms, and schedules will be outlined in each project proposal or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Revisions and Modifications

  • Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as stated in the project agreement.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Bee Studio respects the confidentiality of client information and project details. All sensitive data will be kept private and used solely for the purposes of completing the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bee Studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before use or publication.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
